These sessions serve to introduce sisters to the world of professional work - how to cultivate a professional relationship and show how an ambition can become a tangible reality. Sister System has a focus on STEAM careers (science, technology, engineering, arts and maths), encouraging women and girls into these fulfilling and enabling industries while having a positive impact on female representation.

A minimum of six sessions, matching each sister with a successful ‘career mentor’ from their career of choice, working with her on a plan of action, gently introducing her to their own journey.
